Great location in the heart of the city and good value for the money. The rooms were spacious and hot water was available at all times, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, which made our stay easier.

One big issue was the lack of cleanliness in the hotel. The room was not dusted or vacuumed regularly, and we had to request towels a couple of times because they were not replaced.

Rooms are very nice and air conditioned, location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and their english level is adequate. Overall good place. Good price/quality/location ratio.

Hotel is hard to find (entrance is next to the shoe gallery but there is not a big sign). The staircase is in a really bad shape but once you reach the 6th floor everything is very nice and renovated. Hotel is located in the 6th floor but there is no elevator (once you reach the 5th floor there are 3 doors, next to one of them there's a sign that says Hotel Galeria, open it and go up one more floor). Breakfast is quite weak (and the coffee if very strong). There is no internet in rooms (the signal is strong enough to only reach the first rooms, numbers 1-10 more or less), only in the reception.

The location is perfect, located on one of the most important streets in St. Petersburg. Nevesky Prospect located on the heart of the city to visit most of the attractions. Within a walking distance you can reach to attractions

The hotel located on the 6th floor, and no elevator. I found it was mentioned on the hotel information but it is not well presented on the description. Hotel management should take care of the staff, it is difficult to contact in English or having more information about the city.

The staff were polite and radiant, making us feel at home. Sanitary measures were strictly observed. The room was high class, clean, and spacious. Bathroom was perfectly cleaned.

The hotel is in the fifth floor (no lift). The entrance is very ugly. Internet did not work in my room. Don`t ask them a taxi (mine was expensive and charged more than the rate informed by the hotel).

After a long day of exploring the city, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming and quirky atmosphere of this hotel. The entrance may have been a bit hard to find, but once inside, I was greeted by unique artwork adorning the walls. My room, with its velux windows, offered a cozy and comfortable space to relax. The central location was a major plus, as I could easily visit nearby shops and attractions. Although the staff's English skills were limited, they were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options, and I enjoyed starting my day with a delicious meal. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of eggs and WiFi in the room, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with character and a great location, I would definitely recommend staying at this hidden gem.

Perfect location, just 10 minutes walk from hermitage, very good position on the nevsky prospect, you don't need to take metro, you can go everywhere by feet.Private bathroom (Noe easy to find in russia)

Not easy to find it, it's located at the fifth floor of a building, no indication, but anyway it's a very good hotel, very cheap for russian hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the center of everything. There were also some good shopping places nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities available.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city centre. The location was perfect for exploring, with many attractions within walking distance. dont stay there if you have problems with going 5 levels upstairs. no elevator!
